This Lyon line saucepan has been created to improve even further your recipes as it works like an oven; you can prepare anything in it right on your hob. Made of forged aluminium with internal and external non-stick coating, it features a 3-layer non-stick interior with ceramic particles, which offers an extra strong interior, making it more durable and resistant to abrasion as well as offering superior non-stick qualities. On top of that it is easier to clean! With its thick sides and lid, and perfect sealing system, it maintains a constant internal temperature, thereby cooking the same food that could be done in the oven. The even heat distribution reduces cooking time, saves energy and shortens the time of the preparation stages.

You can prepare bread, meat, cakes, pizza and many other really tasty recipes, all this in less time and in a healthier and more practical manner. Besides being unique and versatile, the Lyon pots can also be used directly at the table. Care & Usage

Before using for the first time, wash your Lyon pots and when dry, add a very thin layer of cooking oil onto the surface of the pot, heat for one or two minutes and wash again. What does seasoning mean? Seasoning forms a natural, easy-release cooking surface and helps prevent your pan from rusting while the non-stick performance gets better and better.

Use only silicone, nylon or wooden utensils to stir food.

They are dishwasher safe though hand washing is recommended for longer durability.

Never use abrasive products for washing them.

There are 4 layers with a stainless steel base, followed by a 8 mm layer of aluminium, and 3 layers of non-stick coating with strong ceramic particles, which provide an excellent resistance against abrasion, making them more durable. You can cook your dishes without using any oil or fat. Furthermore, you can cook with Lyon pots on a low heat, which preserves nutrients.
