It is dishwasher safe. Never use abrasive products to wash it.
Before the first use, wash your pan and when dry, add a very thin layer of cooking oil onto the internal surface of the pan and heat it for one or two minutes, and when cooled wash it again.
Always use on low or medium heat (never above 349ºC).
Use only silicone, nylon, or wooden utensils to stir food.
If burnt food sticks to the pan, dampen the area and leave it to soak until the residue can be removed with soap and sponge.
